Se li fanno comunque deve essere in tempi utili e non a distanza di anni tipo Harry Potter. Ok che ormai Robert non crescerà poi più di tanto perchè ormai ha 22 anni, però di sicuro un qualche "invecchiamento" lo avrà :XD:

Tanto con tutti gli effetti "speciali" e le magie che han dovuto fare i truccatori per renderlo più o meno Edward, potrebbe fare quello di BD anche a 90 anni :XD:

Sempre a proposito dei sequel, abbiamo un articoletto piuttosto interessante da ReelzChannel:

La Summit Entertainment è molto felice del grande interesse che i fan mostrano per l’uscita del film, ma sono attenti a “non dire gatto finché non l’hanno nel sacco”. Molti addetti ai lavori considerano già sicuri i sequel, ma finora la Summit ha solo ammesso di aver iniziato la sceneggiatura.

Ma durante una conferenza stampa, abbiamo avuto conferma che tutti gli attori sono scritturati per tre film.

E Breaking Dawn? Dal momento che il libro non era ancora uscito quando sono stati firmati i contratti, non è parte dell’accordo. Quindi? Quindi, se la serie cinematografica arriverà fino al quarto episodio, o la Summit si trova altri attori, oppure Stewart, Pattinson, Lautner e compagnia possono aspettarsi un bell’aumento di stipendio.

'Twilight' film franchise looks ahead
Summit acquires rights to next three novels in the series

With Summit Entertainment preparing to release its big bet "Twilight," the studio is moving potential future installments in the franchise into the development pipeline.

The company has acquired rights to the next three novels in Stephenie Meyer's blockbuster vampire series and has hired "Twilight" scribe Melissa Rosenberg to pen scripts based on "New Moon" and "Eclipse," the second and third books, respectively.

A fourth book, "Breaking Dawn," has not attached a writer.

"Twilight," which revolves around the relationship between an average teenage girl, Bella, and a vampire, Edward, in a rainy Northwest town, has been generating huge buzz ahead of its Nov. 21 bow.

Summit, which has been eager for a franchise as it rolls out its distribution slate, hopes that the movie's built-in teen and early-twentysomething audience will get an added boost from older filmgoers.

In "New Moon," Edward leaves Bella, sending Bella into a depression and a friendship with another vampire. In the third book, "Eclipse," that relationship triangle evolves, while evil empires begin to pursue Bella.

"Breaking Dawn" pushes the plot further with a marriage between Bella and Edward.

The UTA- and 3 Arts Entertainment-repped Rosenberg, who also penned "Step Up" and is a writer/co-exec producer on Showtime's "Dexter," has said she was methodical in writing the scripts, choosing not to read future "Twilight" books so she could stay true to the evolution of the characters.

Pattinson onboard for 'Twilight' sequels!

When "Twilight" star Robert Pattinson visited Orland Park on Wednesday night, he said he had signed on to play Edward for three films—if they're all made. He said, though, that there's no plan to shoot sequels "New Moon" and "Eclipse" back-to-back to keep the illusion of Pattinson as an ageless vampire.

"I don't think they can, because the weather has to be so specific," Pattinson said.

A sequel may get the green light this month, he said.

"They will literally decide the next day or the day after" once the movie opens, Pattinson said. "I think they only have plans to do the second one. There's no script for the third one. The script is already done for the second one."

Pattinson also talked about why 108-year-old Edward Cullen—the Chicago-born vampire he plays in the film—is attracted to teenage love interest Bella Swan.

"Initially, it's just the smell of her blood," said Pattinson, 22. "She has a weird blood type. And he stopped killing people 50, 60 years ago. She breaks down all his discipline, immediately. He thinks, 'I'm not going to let 50, 60 years of work get destroyed by this insignificant girl.' So, he starts testing himself. And he starts to fall for her."

In the book, Edward is represented as a perfect gentleman and the ideal man. How difficult was it for Pattinson to play a perfect character?

"I just kind of ignored it," Pattinson said. "I just tried to concentrate on his flaws. I can do the flaws and forget about the rest."

Iniziamo parlando di New Moon: nonostante non abbia ancora firmato un contratto per essere regista del sequel, Catherine Hardwicke ha risposto a qualche domanda di USA Today e ha parlato del film, anticipando uno degli aspetti più complessi che lo caratterizzeranno: la figura di Jacob. Attenzione agli spoiler nell’intervista, quindi.

Sottolineiamo il fatto che sebbene l’intervistatore dica che il film uscirà nel 2010, si tratta di una speculazione di USA Today (anche se effettivamente gli effetti visivi per questo episodio potrebbero richiedere tempi di postproduzione superiori a quelli di Twilight):

Penso che ognuno di noi crei il proprio mondo. Noi lo abbiamo fatto bene. Le sensazioni dell’essere nella foresta di Olympia (stato di Washington, USA), in quel luogo nebbioso e misterioso… La tensione sessuale tra Edward e Bella era importante per dare la sensazione che il libro stesse prendendo vita. Gli elementi emozionali dovevano arrivare sul grande schermo.

Come hai deciso di prendere Nikki Reed, che è apparsa in altri tuoi film come Thirteen e Lords of Dogtown, per la parte di Rosalie, la sorella vampira di Edward che disapprova la sua relazione con Bella?
Quando seppi che avrei diretto il film, pensai agli altri personaggi. Non erano ruoli enormi, ma interessanti e importanti. Come dice Stephenie (Meyer, autrice dei romanzi), Rosalie è una vera stro**a. E ho pensato: “Chi potrebbe essere questa bellissima stro**a?” Ovviamente Nikki è ottima in quella parte. Pensai a lei anche per la parte di Victoria (la vampira villain). Lei mi chiese: “Rosalie è quella che non vuole che stiano assieme? Per me è perfetto.”

Sentite cos’ha detto Kristen Stewart in un’intervista radiofonica:

Le riprese inizieranno a marzo. Probabilmente andremo davvero in Italia a girare quelle scene di New Moon. Temevamo di non avere i soldi necessari per la trasferta, ma adesso, visto come sono andate le cose, direi proprio che li abbiamo!

MSNBC conferma che Melissa Rosenberg ha terminato la stesura della sceneggiatura di New Moon.

Il Chicago Sun-Times fa i conti in tasca agli attori, e rivela che Robert e Kristen potrebbero ricevere un cospicuo aumento di stipendio per i prossimi film: altri 10 milioni di dollari a testa, per ciascun film, oltre ai 2 milioni già percepiti per Twilight. E ovviamente, riceverebbero anche una percentuale sugli incassi.

Eppure io ho cercato delle notizie su Steven Strait e sulla sua pag di Wikipedia diceva che avrebbe girato Twilight del 2009 :unsure:

forse quel Twilight sarebbe NM??

Si anche secondo me era una cavolata...non mido!Anche perchè Taylor era uno dei migliori a recitare, nonostante avesse poche battute!Merita di fare anche NM!
